Summary
This study tests a family program called Turtle Island Tales for American Indian families living in poverty. The program aims to prevent obesity and cancer by encouraging healthy eating, physical activity, less screen time, and better sleep. About 200 caregivers with children ages 3-8 will take part. Researchers will measure changes in family health habits using a simple survey.
