Summary
This study tests a new medicine called tulisokibart for people with active psoriatic arthritis, a condition causing joint pain, swelling, and skin plaques. About 140 adults will receive either the study drug or a placebo to see if it improves symptoms like tender joints and disability. The goal is to find a better treatment option for those who haven't responded well to other therapies.
