First seen Mar 22, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study tests a combination of two targeted drugs, tucatinib and alpelisib, in about 40 adults with a specific type of advanced breast cancer (HER2-positive with a PIK3CA mutation). The goal is to see if the combo is safe and can slow or stop tumor growth. Participants take both pills by mouth, and the study tracks side effects and how long the cancer stays under control.
