Summary
This early-phase trial tests a new drug, TUB-030, in adults with advanced solid tumors like head and neck, lung, breast, or colorectal cancer. The main goals are to find a safe dose and check for side effects. Researchers will also compare different doses in people with head and neck cancer or non-small cell lung cancer to see if the drug shrinks tumors. Participants receive TUB-030 every three weeks and have regular checkups.
