First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study tests a non-invasive device that stimulates a nerve in the leg to improve bladder emptying in people with multiple sclerosis. 68 participants who currently use a catheter to empty their bladder will be randomly assigned to receive either real stimulation or a placebo for 30 minutes daily over 12 weeks. The main goal is to see if the treatment helps the bladder empty more completely.
