First seen Apr 22, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study tested whether a gentle nerve stimulation technique (transcutaneous tibial nerve stimulation) combined with exercise can help post-menopausal women who have trouble fully emptying their bladder. Sixty women aged 45-65 took part in a 12-week program. The goal was to see if the combination treatment reduces the amount of urine left in the bladder after urination.
