Summary
This study is testing different doses of an experimental oral drug called TRX-100, given alongside standard flu care. The goal is to find a safe and effective dose that helps reduce flu symptoms like cough, sore throat, and fever. Researchers will enroll 105 otherwise healthy adults who have had flu symptoms for less than 48 hours.
