New pill tested to fight the flu faster

NCT ID NCT07371650

Summary

This early-stage study is testing different doses of an oral drug called TRX-100, given alongside standard flu care, in otherwise healthy adults with mild to moderate influenza. The main goals are to find a safe and effective dose and to see how the body absorbs and processes the medication. Researchers will also measure if it helps people feel better from flu symptoms like cough, sore throat, and fever.
