First seen Mar 30, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study compares a mouthwash with tropolone to a standard chlorhexidine mouthwash for reducing bacteria in the mouth. About 30 healthy adults aged 18-45 will rinse with one of the two mouthwashes. Researchers will measure how much bacteria (like cavity-causing germs) remain after use.
