New mouthwash takes on dental bacteria in early trial

Summary
This study compares a mouthwash with tropolone to a standard chlorhexidine mouthwash in reducing bacteria in the mouth. About 30 healthy adults aged 18-45 will rinse with one of the two mouthwashes. Researchers will measure levels of cavity-causing bacteria to see which mouthwash works better.
