Summary
This study compares two surgical methods for treating high anal fistulas, a condition where an infected tunnel forms between the anal canal and skin. The trial will enroll 64 adults and measure which surgery leads to better healing and fewer complications. The goal is to find a safer, more effective approach to manage this challenging condition.
