Summary

This study compares two surgical techniques for treating high anal fistulas—a challenging condition with high recurrence risk. Researchers will randomly assign 64 patients to receive either TROPIS or coring out fistulectomy. The goal is to see which approach has fewer failures, shorter hospital stays, and faster wound healing.
