Summary
This study compares a three-drug combination (atorvastatin, ezetimibe, and bempedoic acid) against the usual two-drug therapy for lowering LDL cholesterol in people who recently had a heart attack or unstable angina. About 120 adults will take either the triple or dual therapy for 3 months. The goal is to see if the triple therapy works better and is safe.
