Triple drug attack on cholesterol after heart attacks

Summary
This study compares a three-drug combination (atorvastatin, ezetimibe, and bempedoic acid) against the usual two-drug therapy for lowering LDL cholesterol in people who have had a recent heart attack or unstable angina. About 120 adults will take either the triple or dual therapy for 3 months. The goal is to see which approach works better and is safer for controlling cholesterol levels.
