First seen Mar 16, 2026 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study tests whether a combination of three drugs (prednisone, azithromycin, and hydroxychloroquine) can slow lung function decline in adults with interstitial lung disease caused by certain gene variants. About 30 participants will receive either the triple therapy or standard care for 12 months. The main goal is to see if the combo helps preserve breathing capacity.
