Summary
This study tests whether combining three drugs—an immunotherapy (nivolumab) with two targeted therapies—can shrink or control advanced melanoma that has spread or can't be removed. It includes people with a specific gene mutation (BRAF V600) whose cancer got worse after prior treatment. The goal is to see if the triple combination works better than current options and to monitor side effects.
