Summary
This study is testing a new replacement valve for the tricuspid heart valve in people with severe leakage (regurgitation) who are at high risk for open-heart surgery. The valve is delivered through a tube in a blood vessel, avoiding major surgery. Researchers will check if the valve works safely and reduces leakage, and will track how patients feel and function over time.
