First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This early-stage trial tests a combination of two drugs, triapine and temozolomide, in about 30 adults whose glioblastoma (a type of brain cancer) has come back. The main goal is to find the safest dose and understand side effects. The drugs work by damaging cancer cells' DNA to stop them from growing.
