Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new treatment for adults with high-grade gliomas that have returned or worsened. The therapy uses the patient's own immune cells, modified in a lab to recognize and attack tumor cells, and delivers them directly into the brain. The main goals are to check safety and find the best dose. About 24 participants will be enrolled.
