Personalized triple pill may prevent second stroke

Summary
This study tests whether giving a triple blood pressure pill soon after a bleeding stroke can quickly and safely control blood pressure. It includes 140 adults in Hong Kong who are at high risk for another stroke. A special score (TRICH) is used to decide who gets the triple pill, aiming to lower the chance of future strokes and heart problems.
