NCT ID NCT07458880

First seen Mar 13, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study tests whether giving a triple blood pressure pill soon after a bleeding stroke (intracerebral hemorrhage) helps control blood pressure better than usual care. It uses a special score (TRICH score) to decide who gets the triple pill. About 140 adults in Hong Kong who had a bleeding stroke and have a high TRICH score will take part. The goal is to see if this approach lowers blood pressure safely and reduces the risk of another stroke.
