Personalized dosing may reduce transplant side effects in kids

Summary
This study looks at how the drug treosulfan is processed in children getting stem cell transplants. The goal is to find the right dose for each child to reduce side effects and improve outcomes. About 70 children with cancer or other blood disorders will participate. Researchers will measure drug levels in the blood and track side effects for 100 days after transplant.
