Summary
This study tests a combination of two immunotherapy drugs, tremelimumab and durvalumab, in 32 people with advanced liver cancer who also have moderate liver cirrhosis (Child-Pugh-B). The main goal is to see if this treatment is safe and tolerable. The study focuses on patients often left out of trials, including racial and ethnic minorities, to gather important safety data.
