Summary
This study tested two drug combinations to treat severe lung inflammation (pneumonitis) in cancer patients. The inflammation was a serious side effect of certain cancer immunotherapies that didn't improve with standard steroid treatment. Researchers compared infliximab with intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG), both given alongside a steroid taper, to see which better helped patients breathe.
