Summary
This study looked at whether an antidepressant, physical therapy, or both together can help people with chronic low back pain who also have negative feelings like sadness or anxiety. About 308 adults aged 18-75 with back pain lasting over 6 months took part. The goal was to see if these treatments improve pain, daily function, and mood.
