First seen Mar 30, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tests whether behavioral therapy, a combination medication (naltrexone/bupropion), or both can help people who experience loss-of-control eating after bariatric surgery. About 160 adults who had gastric bypass or sleeve gastrectomy about six months ago will participate. The goal is to reduce binge eating episodes and improve weight outcomes.
