First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study checked how well a computer-controlled treadmill can create precise balance disturbances. Twelve healthy adults walked on the treadmill while sensors measured the treadmill's movements. The goal was to see if the treadmill's actual movements matched what it was commanded to do. This research helps improve tools for studying balance and falls.
