First seen Apr 02, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study tests whether a trauma-informed program called Strength at Home works better than the usual state-approved program for reducing intimate partner violence. About 800 men who are court-ordered to attend such programs, along with their partners, will take part. Researchers will measure physical and psychological violence, PTSD symptoms, and other factors over several months.
