Brain fluid clues could unlock personalized MS treatments

Summary
This study looks at whether signs of inflammation in spinal fluid can help predict which multiple sclerosis (MS) drugs a person will respond to. About 250 adults with progressive MS will take one or two study drugs for up to 18 months. Researchers will track changes in biomarkers and disability to see if these markers can guide personalized treatment.
