Summary
This study tests a new surgery called transverse tibial bone transport for people with severe leg circulation problems who have no other treatment options besides amputation. The procedure aims to grow new blood vessels to improve blood flow and help wounds heal. The study was withdrawn before enrolling any participants, so no results are available.
