Summary
This study tracks 109 adults with Crohn's disease to see how quickly the drug risankizumab heals damage deep in the gut wall. Using intestinal ultrasound instead of repeated colonoscopies, researchers measure healing at 4 and 12 weeks. The goal is to find a more patient-friendly way to monitor treatment success.
