Ear zaps + rehab: new hope for stroke arm recovery?

Summary
This study tests whether a gentle, non-invasive electrical stimulation on the ear (trans-auricular vagus nerve stimulation) can help people recovering from a stroke regain arm movement faster. About 48 adults who had a stroke within the last 6 months will receive either real or fake stimulation while doing standard or technology-assisted rehab exercises. The goal is to see if combining nerve stimulation with physical therapy improves motor recovery and brain plasticity.
