New surgical tool aims to ease glaucoma during cataract surgery

Summary
This study tests a special cleaning tool called the Tran cannula during cataract surgery in people with pseudoexfoliative glaucoma. The goal is to see if it lowers eye pressure better than extra eye rinsing. About 58 adults with both conditions will take part.
