Can a 10-Minute trampoline workout reveal hidden bladder weakness?

NCT ID NCT07183800

Summary

This study aims to understand if a short, intense trampoline session can cause urine leakage or temporary changes in pelvic structure in active women who don't normally experience incontinence. Researchers will recruit 30 physically active women aged 18-40. Participants will jump on a mini-trampoline for 10 minutes while reporting any leakage, and their pelvic anatomy will be measured with ultrasound before, immediately after, and 30 minutes after jumping.
