Can jumping on a trampoline cause hidden bladder problems?

NCT ID NCT07183800

Summary

This study aims to understand if a short, intense trampoline session can cause bladder leakage or physical changes in the pelvic area of active young women who don't normally have these problems. Researchers will have 30 participants jump for 10 minutes while monitoring for leakage and using ultrasound to check for changes in pelvic structure before, right after, and 30 minutes after jumping. The goal is to gather basic information about how high-impact exercise might strain the pelvic floor even in women without symptoms.
