Summary
This study looks at how to best use the drug trametinib in children with histiocytosis, a rare disease where immune cells build up and cause damage. It is for kids whose disease did not respond to standard treatments or who do not have the BRAF gene change. The goal is to find the right dose and timing to control the disease and prevent it from coming back.
