New pill targets hard-to-treat cancers with KRAS and BRAF mutations

Summary
This study tests an experimental oral drug, S241656, in adults with advanced cancers that have certain gene changes (like KRAS or BRAF mutations). The drug is given alone or with other cancer treatments. The goal is to find safe doses and see if the drug can shrink tumors. About 554 people with lung, colorectal, pancreatic, or other solid tumors will take part.
