Inclusion Criteria: * Healthcare professionals working in Primary Health Care Units (UBS) in Florianópolis (SC), Rio Claro (SP), or São José dos Pinhais (PR) during the data collection period * Professionals who are actively working in their positions at the time of recruitment * Professionals who voluntarily agree to participate and provide informed consent Exclusion Criteria: * Professionals who are not actively working during the data collection period * Professionals who do not provide informed consent * Professionals with incomplete baseline assessment data
