Summary
This study tests an online training program designed to help primary health care workers in Brazil give better advice on physical activity and reducing sedentary time. Over 3,300 health professionals will take the self-paced course and have their counseling skills measured before and after. The goal is to see if the training improves their knowledge, skills, and attitudes about promoting exercise.
