New study tests simple exercises to stop Post-Baby leakage

Summary
This study tests two nonsurgical treatments for urinary leakage in new mothers who had a vaginal delivery and are at high risk for pelvic floor problems. About 216 women will be randomly assigned to pelvic floor muscle training, a home biofeedback device, or standard education. The goal is to see which approach best reduces leakage and bother by 6 months after giving birth.
