New pill aims to stop nausea caused by popular Weight-Loss drugs

Summary
This Phase 3 study tests whether tradipitant can reduce nausea and vomiting caused by GLP-1 weight-loss drugs. About 280 healthy overweight or obese adults will receive either tradipitant or a placebo. The goal is to see if tradipitant helps people tolerate these medications better.
