Summary

This study uses advanced brain scans to track how diseases like frontotemporal dementia, ALS, and related conditions spread through the brain's network. Researchers will follow 645 participants, including patients and healthy volunteers, for up to 2 years. The goal is to create models that predict how and where brain damage will occur, which could help with earlier diagnosis and treatment planning.
