Summary
This phase 2 trial tests a new oral drug (TQB3616) combined with hormone therapy for people with a common type of breast cancer (HR-positive, HER2-negative) that has stopped responding to standard CDK4/6 inhibitor pills. The study enrolls 33 adults whose cancer has returned or spread. The main goal is to see how many patients' tumors shrink or disappear, while also tracking how long the benefit lasts and any side effects.
