Summary
This study tests a non-invasive treatment called transcranial pulse stimulation (TPS) for people with early Alzheimer's disease. TPS uses low-energy sound waves to stimulate the brain, aiming to improve thinking and memory. The study will involve 40 adults aged 60-90 and compare TPS to a placebo to see if it safely reduces symptoms.
