New pill shows promise for hard-to-treat breast cancer

Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new daily pill, TOS-358, in women with advanced HR+ HER2- breast cancer that has a specific gene change (PIK3CA). The study aims to find the best dose and see if the drug is safe and effective, both alone and with standard treatments. About 241 participants will take part.
