New Triple-Drug combo aims to tame breast cancer and its side effects

Summary
This study tests a new drug, evexomostat, added to two standard treatments for a common type of advanced breast cancer (HR+, HER2-). The goal is to see if the triple combination is safe and can reduce severe blood sugar spikes, a common side effect of current therapies. About 52 adults with specific genetic changes in their tumors will participate.
