First patients to receive experimental cancer drug in new trial

Summary
This is the first study in humans testing a new drug called TORL-1-23 for people with advanced solid tumors, including ovarian, endometrial, and lung cancers. The main goals are to find a safe dose, see how the body processes the drug, and check for any early signs it might help shrink tumors. The study will enroll about 90 participants to carefully monitor side effects and determine the best dose for future testing.
