New hope for chemo-resistant breast cancer: radiotherapy plus immunotherapy

Summary
This study is for people with triple-negative breast cancer whose tumors did not shrink after standard chemotherapy. The goal is to see if adding a short course of high-precision radiation followed by an immunotherapy drug (toripalimab) and more chemo can make the cancer disappear before surgery. About 18 participants will receive this treatment and be monitored for safety and effectiveness.
