Summary
This study looked at why the weight-loss drug topiramate works differently in different teenagers with severe obesity. Researchers used mathematical models to understand how the drug moves through the body and affects weight. The goal was to find ways to personalize dosing for better results. 62 teens aged 12 to 18 took part.
