First seen Nov 06, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This study tests a new oral drug, TNG456, in people with advanced solid tumors that lack a gene called MTAP. The drug aims to slow or stop cancer growth by blocking a protein these tumors rely on. The trial has two parts: first finding the safest dose, then testing how well it works alone or with another drug (abemaciclib) in up to 191 adults.
